The Middle East’s biggest lifestyle and wedding event rounded off it’s fashion frenzied weekend in style. Eclipsing previous years showing by a landslide, BRIDE Dubai saw countless budding brides-to-be and fashion conscious shoppers walk through its doors and experience a host of incredible designer wear, accessories, fashion shows, workshops and record breaking treats!
The last day of BRIDE, like all great weddings, was a wonderful culmination of the preceding days excitement. Ending with the much sought after BRIDE Wedding Awards and a show stopping display by famed couture house, Amato.
The Awards, saw some of the industries biggest names come together and be rewarded for their incredible contribution to the world of blissful matrimony. Highlight winners include; Zaya Nurai Island, that won best wedding venue, Chateau Blanc for best wedding cake designer, Forever Rose London took home best florist, and Vanilla wedding boutique won best bridal designer boutique.
Having wowed audiences over the weekend, famed celebrity cake artist, Debbie Wingham, finally laid her incredible 1 Million dollar creation to rest with an exciting cake cutting, sharing the history making treat with surrounding attendees.
The grand finale of the night, Amato, burned up the main stage with a crowd pleasing fashion show, presenting their enviable new collection of dresses which were a perfect symphony of style and creativity.
Other highlights during the 4 day spectacle included visits from a smattering of instagram’s biggest influencers, who toured the show floor and interacted with fans. Noah Nabil, Taim Al Falasi, Miriam Al Yassi, Latifa Al Shamsi and Banat Zayed to name a few, spread their unique brand of wisdom and embraced all the incredible bridal wear, designer wear, fashions shows and workshops on offer.
Moreover, discerning shoppers got to experience leading Turkish, Romanian and Indian fashion designers as well. All Showcasing their latest collections, offering visitors the unique opportunity to buy their exclusiveproducts, all under one roof.
Show attendees were also treated to ‘princess’ level pampering at the BRIDE Indulge ME pavilion, courtesy of Tips & Toes boutique.
“ We were absolutely overwhelmed with the wonderful response this year. BRIDE has always been a must-attend event on the UAE calendar and we were happy to see that title remain intact, largely due to our fabulous exhibitors, partners, on stage events and celebrity appearances!” said, Pip Kalsi, consumer event manager, Informa.
The BRIDE Show returns in May to Abu Dhabi, with tickets slated to go up on sale soon.
