WIM 2025 Connecting Events is the international program that brings together Italian key players in the private events industry. Locations, hotels, resorts, event planners, and service companies involved in the wedding, corporate, and luxury events markets meet in 12 + 1 exclusive appointments to create connections, share valuable content, and anticipate the future of the industry.

In 6 editions, since 2018, WIM has hosted over 800 national and international companies from the wedding, events, and hospitality sectors, with approximately 3,000 meetings and new connections during networking sessions.

From November 19 to 21, 2025, Florence will host the grand finale event of WIM 2025. Seven conferences held in some of the most iconic Italian destinations. WIM Talks are afternoon work sessions where roundtable discussions, market research, and shared moments provide B2B networking opportunities with professionals, agencies, and stakeholders from the private events industry.

WIM Teas

Five exclusive international events in Paris, London, Barcelona, New York, and Dubai. WIM Teas are intimate, targeted meetings dedicated to international networking and buyer recruitment for the WIM Event. Through these events, the WIM network aims to identify international professionals looking to enter the Italian market and offer them reliable local partners to collaborate with for their events in Italy.
