The Experiential Planner Expo (EPEX 2025)

The Experiential Planner Expo (EPEX 2025) is the most impactful MICE & Wedding show of the region on the most important and emerging source markets for Global Destination Tourism Boards, Convention Bureaus, Hospitality Brands, Hotel Brands, DMSc and suppliers, UAE-serving as a hub to cater to international markets. 

In its 10+ years of existence the experiential planner has manifested in roadshows, workshops, and most recently gone international with a 2-day B2B meeting format and networking extravaganza.

In 2024, 200 buyers from India, the Middle East and Africa had the chance to meet 70+ exhibitors this year at EPEX.

The 10th edition of EPEX promises to be even bigger with a target of 300 MICE and wedding planners, by adding visionary markets from East Asia, CIS countries and more. Furthermore, we plan to bring planners from Sports and Entertainment industries, as well as Associations.
