We had the chance to ask Georges Chahoud a few questions about his career and advice. Here is what he had to say:
- Tell us more about your start and what got you into wedding photography?
I started in videography at the age of 15, at that time I worked at LBS TV station, as well as, a freelance videographer. At the age of 17, I worked on my first wedding in Lebanon as a photographer, and ever since I got hooked on capturing the smiles of people!
- What is your favorite thing or moment to capture in a wedding?
During the photoshoot, I like to take natural poses and portraits adding creativity to the lights.
- Why is it important for a couple to have a professional and detailed-oriented photographer?
Because when the wedding is over, the only thing they will have left of their wedding are the bright memories of this happy day captured in the photos and the video. That's why a couple should choose only a professional photographer.
Creativity is always a trend!
- What is your best advice for couples in order to get perfect pictures?
To choose an experienced and a professional photography company which uses the most expensive cameras and most expensive lenses and has a team who has been working together for more than 5 years.
- Are there any new wedding photography trends in the Middle East right now?
For sure! Creativity is always a trend! And nowadays, to produce wedding videos we use cinematography techniques to create high quality photos and movies.
