A Stunning Indian Destination Wedding in Abu Dhabi
Rekha Kalair and Krishesh Malkani celebrated their love at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The celebrations took place on 7 and 8 February 2023, while the planning started back in September 2022. This wedding was planned 90% on Zoom and 10% in person as the couple lives in Toronto, Canada.
The highlight of the wedding was the couple themselves who were full of energy and enthusiasm.
The festivities started with the welcome lunch, and the mehndi which took place on the same day. The celebration was a fusion carnival with entertainment by DJ Nitesh, Walter on water drums, in addition to many carnival-related entertainers and artists.
As for the Sangeet, it was a high-energy event with a disco pink zebra theme. The DJ-based band from Delhi, Sky High, came in for the entertainment.
The wedding took place at the most beautiful location overlooking the Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi.
The highlight of the wedding was the surprise fireworks that lasted for 4 minutes which was absolutely loved by everyone. That was followed by an after-party with DJ Shadow.
