PRONOVIAS Presents It's Atelier 2018 Bridal Collection
PRONOVIAS, the leading bridal fashion firm, delighted more than 2,000 guests at the firm's catwalk show at the National Art Museum of Catalonia (MNAC) in Barcelona, for the presentation of the Atelier Pronovias 2018 Collection. The firm gathered celebrities from the world of fashion and film, Spanish and international socialites, press, and buyers from around the world. The audience enjoyed the fashion show with a unique mise-en-scene, under a theme called “WISH” with a spectacular wishing well at center stage.
The many guests included the famous actress and model Kate Upton (USA), models Marie Ange Casta (France), and Karla Mora (México), entrepreneur and girlfriend of Antonio Banderas, Nicole Kimple (The Netherlands), TV presenters Laura Barriales (Italy), Lena Gercke (Germany) and Zoe Hardman (UK), Andreia Rodrigues and Cristina Ferreira (Portugal), actress Vanessa Martins (Portugal), singer Cuca Roseta (Portugal), and the socialite Ana Boyer (Spain).
Moreover, the 2017 #PronoviasItBrides Blair Eadie, Thássia Naves, Caroline Bassac, Xenia van der Woodsen, and Veronica Ferraro were some of the other guests who didn’t want to miss the magic. Digital influencers like Elisa Taviti and Anni Popp were also at the grand event.
Top model Kate Upton, commented on the new collection: “Pronovias is an emblematic brand, and thanks to seeing this fashion show I’ve been able to see that they have different patterns and styles to fit all kinds of brides. The collection is beautiful, full of details, and very sexy.”
Victoria’s Secret angels Romee Strijd, Martha Hunt, and Cindy Bruna along with the international top model Bregje Heinen shined more than ever on the mirrored runway. For yet another year, the mise-en-scene surprised the guests; this time it included a spectacular wishing well, metaphorically referencing the magical movement of water, its fluidity, and shine, which is apparent in all the designs of this new collection.
Hervé Moreau, the firm’s creative director, remarked that the Atelier Pronovias 2018 Collection “is a very special new collection, for which I was inspired by a magical wishing well where the bride’s sensuality and radiance are reflected by jeweled and embroidered embellishments. The water is a key element and the liquid movement is evident in the gowns’ various volumes and patterns.”
The fashion show also welcomed institutional guests like Mertixell Borrás, Councilor of Governació i Relacions Institucionals, Jordi Baiget, Councilor of ’Empresa i Coneixement, Muntsa Vilalta, General Director of Commerce, Constantí Serrallonga, General Director of Fira Barcelona; Esther María Laruccia, Director of the Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week, and Miquel Rodríguez, Director of the Consorci de Comerç, Artesania i Moda de Catalunya (CCAM).
Through the catwalk presentation, guests discovered the latest bridal fashion trends from the Atelier Pronovias 2018 Collection with dress proposals that play with silhouettes and innovative designs that fill the collection with possibilities, from mermaid and flared designs to very full ball gowns. The dresses, crafted in organza, crepe, soft satin, and French lace, are finished with white gemstone embroideries that give the collection great sophistication and delicateness. A proposal created from the heart of the Maison, which presents infinite possibilities for sparkling on your wedding day.
