Set against the breathtaking backdrop of The Dolder Grand in Zurich, this Saudi Arabian wedding was nothing short of a fairy tale. With an enchanting forest theme brought to life by the wedding designer and orchestrated to perfection by the wedding planner, Nicole Froelich of Nicole Please Weddings.

The Decor:

The celebration unfolded in a mystical wonderland of 404 real trees and 700 square meters of fresh moss. Every detail whispered romance, elegance, and a deep connection to nature, transforming the venue into an ethereal haven.

The space was a vision of pure magic, where cascading fresh moss intertwined with candlelit pathways, leading the bride through a mesmerizing woodland aisle. Lab-grown Lily of the Valley flowers, meticulously cultivated to bloom in January for this special occasion, enveloped the space with their delicate scent, fulfilling the bride's dream of walking amidst their timeless beauty. White roses, hellebores, and trachelium added a soft, dreamy contrast to the lush greenery, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a mystical forest at dusk.

The Tablescapes:

The tablescapes seamlessly blend aesthetics with functionality. Fresh moss cascaded between gold-rimmed glassware, elegant calligraphy adorned weathered stone table numbers, and emerald-green napkins tied the enchanted theme together. Every element, from the crystal-clear plates to the delicate cutlery, contributed to the immersive forest experience, making dining an artistic journey through nature’s beauty. Tall taper candles cast a warm, golden glow, heightening the romance and creating an intimate, magical ambiance.

The Lighting:

Lighting played a pivotal role in this extraordinary wedding, layering different sources such as chandeliers, hidden floor lights, and soft uplighting to create depth and dimension. The interplay of flickering candlelight with the towering forest wall prints and real tree shadows wrapped the ballroom in an enchanting glow. Warm amber tones enhanced the cozy atmosphere, making every captured moment even more mesmerizing.

The Wedding Cake:

Adding a grand touch to the evening was a stunning five-tier wedding cake, a masterpiece of art and architecture designed by A Cake Story. Adorned with 25 kg of pristine white fondant, the cake mirrored spiraling movement, complementing the wedding’s overall elegance. A true reflection of the couple’s personality and theme, this confectionary marvel was as visually striking as it was indulgent.

As the night unfolded, the couple swayed beneath a canopy of towering trees, misty rivers, and hills of delicate blooms.
