Choosing the Right Jewelry for Your Dress
A bride's jewelry is as important as her dress; your look will not be complete without some sparkle.
There are so many details when it comes to choosing your jewelry, the jewelry you will wear with your wedding dress, such as earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. Your personal style definitely comes affects choosing the right jewelry that suits you and your bridal look, whether you prefer a classic look or something more modern.
The jewelry you choose must flatter your dress' shape, and make you look elegant. Please take note of the following points:
Heart Shaped Bodice
If your dress is strapless or has a heart-shaped bodice, pick a necklace that touches your collarbone. Your neck and shoulders will be bare, so you need something that will emphasize them.
A layered necklace of pearls or a multi-strand necklace will look great on a strapless dress. But keep in mind that if you're wearing a detailed necklace, you should keep your earrings simple; studs or drops are more than enough.
V Neckline
For a deep V-neckline wedding dress, you can go for longer earrings and a simple pendant, or simple earrings and long pendant necklace.
One Shoulder
If you are wearing a one-shoulder dress, you don't need to wear a necklace, but you do need catchy earrings. Wear a bracelet or an oversized cuff on the bare arm, not the shoulder arm.
