Jacob and Mariana's Wedding in Jerusalem
Jacob Farraj and Mariana Antar started their love journey from a young age within the old walls of the city of Jerusalem in Palestine. They opened a new chapter in their love story by getting married on 3 July, 2020 - a few weeks after the lockdown caused by the COVID19 pandemic was partially lifted.
The wedding was all about simplicity & greenery. It was how they chose to start and continue this journey, by simply living and cherishing the greenery and compassion that it holds. The wedding ceremony was held at Mar Elias Monastery, a Greek Orthodox monastery in south Jerusalem perched on a hill overlooking Bethlehem. The wedding dinner followed on the terrace of the Tantur Hills Hotel in Jerusalem.
As the bride & groom grew up in the old city of Jerusalem, where history calls in every brick and tile, and the hope of the future is within the hearts of the city, they decided to have their wedding photoshoot right where their love story began.
