Held from December 4th to 6th at the opulent Rixos Tersane Istanbul, this year's exhibition, themed "Art of Winter," showcased a breathtaking array of artistic table settings, curated culinary experiences, and engaging discussions led by world-renowned designers.
From the grand opening ceremony to the insightful Creativity Conference and culminating in a prestigious gala dinner, this annual event provided an unparalleled platform for inspiration and connection within the event design industry.
Organized by KM Events and spearheaded by Meltem Tepeler, the 2024 Table Design Exhibition embraced the "Art of Winter" theme, perfectly captured the spirit of the Christmas and winter seasons.
Nine world-renowned wedding and event designers transformed the venue into a breathtaking showcase of artistry, crafting immersive experiences that transcended the traditional concept of decorated tables.
The exhibition drew an impressive 600 attendees from 36 countries to its grand opening ceremony, followed by 2 days of enriching conferences, networking opportunities, and masterclasses.

Paula Rooney, a British floral designer, presented her ‘Winter in Bloom’ design at the Table Design Exhibition in Istanbul.
Staying true to her brand DNA, this masterpiece creation reflected Paula’s signature style: feminine, opulent, refined, curated, and inspired by the garden.
The design featured an incredible 10,000 garden roses sourced from Parfum Flower Company in the Netherlands.

Abdulaziz Alnoman, KSA, created a sophisticated and elegant winter-themed table design that beautifully evoked the serenity and sparkle of a cold winter night.White drapes symbolized falling snow, while crystal chandeliers mimicked the twinkling stars above.

As you enter the shimmering stand cascading crystals and mirrored walls come together to create a dazzling winter dreamscape. Light dances across every surface, inviting you not only to marvel at the installation’s beauty but also to discover the light you carry within yourself.
Sarah Haywood and Larry Walshe
Sarah Haywood and Larry Walshe, of the UK, captured the essence of a sophisticated winter gathering at home by creating a sophisticated enclosed dining room that exudes a luxurious and festive ambiance.
Peeking through the glass windows, you’ll be swept away with the charming floral arrangements, silver cutlery and candelabras and the luxurious details. The table is dressed, the food is prepared, every surface sparkles to enjoy a warm winter evening and make treasured memories in this refined and harmonious living space..
Teddy Manuel
Drawing inspiration from Antarctica for the Art of Winter theme, Teddy Manuel, Philippines, created a captivating setup to mimic the stark beauty and ethereal magic of Antarctica. Cascading formations resembled frozen waterfalls, icebergs, and glaciers.
Crystal accents and shimmering details added a touch of magic, like the glint of sunlight on ice.
Vandana Mohan
Inspired by the majestic tents of India, Vandana Mohan’s setup transported us to an era of grandeur and elegance.

Her interpretation of a winter wonderland focuses on the stillness and quietude of nature’s slumber, offering a unique perspective on this enchanting season.“As the animals prepare for the long winters to sleep first they must feast.
Mr & Mrs Fox welcome you within the walls of their underground burrow - to dine at their table with their animal companions before the long deep sleep begins.”
