Elie Saab Jr and Christina Mourad's Luxury Wedding
Elie Saab Jr and Christina Mourad's legendary wedding is described as Lebanon's wedding of the year! Elie is the eldest son of international fashion designer Elie Saab.
He got married to Christina Mourad, also known as Kika, in Lebanon on Friday, July 19, 2019.
The wedding was an out of this world experience, with over 1000 guests attending. Many international celebrities attended the 3-day lavish celebrations including Dita Von Teese, Toni Garrn, Sara Sampaio, Alina Baikova, Karolina Kurkova, Lily Donaldson, and Bianca Brandolini.
The star-studded wedding was also attended by Lebanese Prime Minister, Mr. Saad Hariri, and some of the biggest names in Lebanon, including stars such as Assi El Hallani, Elissa, Nancy Ajram and Michel Fadel who performed at the event.
Wedding Venue
The religious ceremony was held in the church of Bkerki, northeast of Beirut.
The party was held at the exclusive Faqra Club.
Wedding Planners
For the wedding ceremony, Neiman Azzi turned the church of Bkerki into a lush green garden, while the wedding party took the guests into a world of starry skies, designed and planned by Ziad Raphael Nassar of Once by Ziad Nassar.
Wedding Photographer
The entire 3-day wedding celebration was filmed (photography, videography, cinematography) by Elie Azar and the professional team at Parazar Productions.
The Wedding Dresses
The bride wore 2 magical wedding dresses designed, of course, by her new father-in-law, Elie Saab.
For the ceremony, the dress featured a sleeveless, high-neck bodice, with a voluminous skirt and a train of 4.5 meters in length. The veil along with the headpiece and the tulle were embroidered with silk thread and champagne-hued lurex thread.
For the wedding party, the elegant bride wore a second wedding gown. A full-skirted dress with intricate and glittering embellishment, also designed by none other than Elie Saab. The dress featured a heart-shaped corset and a skirt tail reaching 3.5 meters. The veil was embroidered with 100,000 gold sequins.
Bridal Hair and Makeup
Makeup Artist Bassam Fattouh created a unique makeup look for the bride.
As for her hair, Wassim Morkos of Pace e Luce was the mastermind behind the fabulous bridal hairdo.
Wedding Catering
For the post-ceremony treats, Cat and Mouth Catering created a one of a kind cake and a magical dessert buffet.
The catering for the wedding party was done by Cuizina, where the most exquisite food and desserts were served.
The bar catering services were managed by Butler's Bottle.
