Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week 2025 Puts Fashion in Action
Under the theme ‘GO’ Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week (BBFW), the world's leading bridal fashion event, launches a new edition focuses on the creation of new experiences around fashion, placing Mediterranean art and creativity in center stage. This year's image, inspired by the works of artists such as Joan Miró and Salvador Dalí, symbolises the innovative and vibrant spirit of Barcelona and the event which, from 23 to 27 April, will bring together the bridal world to showcase the latest trends both on the catwalk and at the trade fair.
The BBFW 2025 calls on professionals, both Spanish and international, to tread together a path where art and imagination intertwine with industry and business.
Inspired by avant-garde art, the image of this edition pays tribute to all the actors that make the bridal industry so special. The blue of the sea and the Mediterranean sky together with the sewing workshops tools, will be constant elements in the campaign and also in the staging of the event, with the aim of giving visibility to the discreet and anonymous work of all the pattern makers, cutters and dressmakers in the industry. In this context, the model's neutral and timeless style provides a universal image, allowing all brides around the world to feel identified and inspired by BBFW.
Under this approach, BBFW will progressively launch through its digital channels, and during the event, a series of initiatives, images and content highlighting the technique and know-how behind each creation.
Albasarí Caro, director of BBFW, explains: "‘Go’ is the synthesis of our attitude towards business and bridal fashion: think, act and project into the future. Once again, this year, we are inviting all industry professionals to come together at a unique event to live fashion through new experiences and to join us and our energy in reaching new heights together."
