Whether you are a bride or not, every woman should take care of her skin and especially during winter! Our skin responds and changes differently in each season, so it is most likely that during winter our skin will get drier and even flakier.
All this happens due to the cold air, indoor heat, and cold wind, this can all affect your skin and make it look duller and dryer.

Here are some tips to help you overcome dry skin this winter:
Avoid Hot Water
Avoid washing your hands in hot water, keep it warm but not too hot. Also keep your showers short and quick: not more than 5-10 minutes.
Use The Right Products
Avoid soaps with alcohol or strong scents and use cream gel washes instead. Make sure they contain Ceramides, which helps the skin lock in the moisture, Ceramides is found in the skin itself but tend to lessen as we age.
Moisturize The Right Way
- Apply moisturizing cream directly after it’s dry.
- Petroleum Jelly is great for the skin, it will help renew your skin cells and protect your skin.
- Use sunscreen with at least 30SPF in winter and summer, whether you are spending the day in the sun or not.
Use a Humidifier
Humidifiers help to add moisture to the air, and having more moisture in the air may prevent and relieve skin dryness.
