Arabia Weddings presents Mix & Match - a B2B speed networking event tying the knot between Wedding Industry Professionals.

Taking networking to the next level.

Speedy. Efficient. Effective.

The event will take place on Tuesday, 18 June at W Dubai - The Palm.

Event Format:

Brief meet ups (up to 5 minutes) between buyers and sellers of the wedding and event industry; buyers being Wedding and Event Planners and sellers being the venues and other wedding professionals (eg. photographers, florists, A/V production, entertainment... etc).

Selected Wedding and Event Planners are invited to take part in this event. They will be stationed at specific locations in the ballroom. On arrival wedding suppliers will be given a list of the Planners participating in the event with their table numbers. Suppliers move around the room meeting Planners they are interested in, exchanging business cards, introducing their companies and pitching their products and services.

No pre-assigned meetings are set, and this is not a typical sequential speed networking event. We are keeping it a bit more unstructured for a purpose.
