Elie Saab's Spring 2016 Haute Couture Collection at Paris Fashion Week
Elie Saab released his Spring 2016 Haute Couture Collection at Paris Fashion Week, and as always the Lebanese and international fashion designer amazed us all.
"Enter India," was the motto of Elie Saab’s program, and the notes explained the muse behind his new collection.
The muse of Elie Saab's Spring 2016 collection was a turn-of-the-last-century Englishwoman on a trip to India.
"India is her backdrop and her inspiration for a new blend of formalism and ease, opulence and elementary lines."
The Lebanese fashion designer began his show with his Pre-Fall lineup, which featured lots of sequins, and had a youthful touch to it, to add some hipness to his designs, Elie Saab added lace-up combat boots and backpacks, in metallic leather.
In contrast, Elie Saab also featured above the ankle hems and beaded lace dresses.
