"The collections are very tightly edited, but each piece is special and especially considered for each different bride," says Margo Lafontaine, design director at Amsale. "The current times have given extra meaning to getting dressed up—so there's a little more drama, a little more attention to detail, craft, and texture."
The Amsale fall 2021 wedding dresses are all about making every bride's wedding dress the eye-catching part of the big day as weddings are becoming more intimate amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The fall 2021 wedding dress collection by Amsale features bold embellishments, such as crystal-encrusted shoulder straps and sashes that extend beyond the length of the wedding dress' train.
The brand is also known for its fashion-forward approach such as removable pieces, notably in the line's signature raffia-stitched organza ballgown with a bodice overlay a bride can take off to create a new look. "It goes from strapless to jewel-neck with a cap sleeve," Lafontaine explains of the piece. "In times like these, there's a need for flexibility."
